What is your return policy?

If you should receive the incorrect product, or if the product you have purchased is defective or should be damaged through shipment (it happens with EVERY courier) we will replace the product and cover the return shipping fees. You will be shipped a replacement or issued a refund immediately after receipt of product.

If the product is simply not working out for you we will work with you. Let us know within 48 hours of receipt of product(s), and you can exchange the product for something else. Product must be returned exactly as it was received or a 15% restocking fee will apply

In some cases exceptions can be made...our return policy was more liberal in the past, but many people took advantage it, so changes had to be made

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returned items unless product is defective or the incorrect product is received.
