Modulations ?? - Follow the Color band of the chord or note you are in around to the key you want it to be in - and you are there !!

Nashville Number System ?? - Look on the "Cons. Degrees of Scale" section and find the number (1,2,4,5,etc.) that you wanted to identify, then follow the Color band around to the key you wanted to identify the chord or note in - and there you are.
